I am a hardcore online shopper. I worked in retail for over 25 years and would really rather never set foot in a store again. So I am a regular stop for Amazon delivery. But the one thing that I no longer buy on Amazon is physical books. Those I prefer to buy from independent bookstores.

An exception to my no store rule is book stores. My favorite way to purchase books is in person. Which is why my dream passion project is centered around independent bookstores. I can’t wait to be able to take this trip (I have to believe that it will really happen). I can’t wait to be able to wander so many new independent bookstores.

In the meantime, I haven’t been purchasing any physical books, but I have been starting to put together a wish list on Bookshop.org.
