Accountability

I think one of the things that will help me this year is to really hold myself accountable and share my progress. It has definitely worked for me in the past. So I’ve decided to do an accountability post every Sunday, just to keep myself honest. This week I am kicking things off and outlining my goals

Return to the Body

Movement/Fitness-

  • Walk every day
  • Dance every day
  • Strength 2 days

Health-

  • Sign up for Real Appeal support through my health plan
  • Find a new PCP

Breathe

  • Stretch daily
  • Yoga 2-3x per week
  • Meditate daily, starting at 5 min.

Loving Friendships

  • Meet a co-worker for lunch
  • Reconnect with friends and update addresses
  • Reconnect with virtual friends

Fuel

Body

  • Drink at least 32oz water daily
  • Eat at least 1 piece of fruit daily
  • Eat breakfast daily

Mind

  • Finish Crucial Conversations
  • Finish The Way Through
  • Check Student Loan Eligibility

Edge of Greatness

  • Go somewhere new
  • Try a new food
  • Check something off my personal project list
