Breathing Deep
The number one thing that helps me, whether it be with anxiety, depression, stress, whatever, is to breathe deep.
That’s it, to just sit and breathe deeply, focusing on nothing but my breath for just a few minutes. It’s not a cure, but it gives me just enough space to lower my heart rate and come back to myself.
Sometimes I need reminders, though I usually instinctively get there. Let this be your reminder today to stop and breathe deeply for a few minutes before renewing your battle for the day.
