I’ve seen a variety of different takes on “Currently…” posts around the blogosphere, both in the book blogging community and the healthy living community where I also lived once upon a time. I honestly don’t know who started it, but I’ve always thought it looked like fun, so here’s my take.

Currently Watching:

I really haven’t been watching anything lately. Work has been so incredibly busy lately that I come home, take care of blog business, try to read a little and go to bed. My mom’s been watching the Christmas in July movies on Hallmark, so I’ve been catching parts of those with her, but that’s really it.

Currently Listening:

I’m not going to say Taylor Swift this time! But only because the only thing I’m listening to is the sound of the fan in my room. It’s so loud that I would have to turn the volume up too loud to hear the music in my room, but too hot to turn the fan off, so I just haven’t been listening to anything.

Currently Planning:

Making adjustments to my budget to reflect my new salary. I’ll be increasing my charitable giving budget and adding in a couple more charities to support monthly. I have a few in mind, but haven’t made any firm decisions yet. Any suggestions?

Currently Making:

Goals for the next year. Even if I’m not having a birthday after all, I still need to set some new goals.

Currently Shopping:

Office décor for my new office. I just ordered some drawers to fit under my desk. And we’re going to need some chairs for additional work stations, plus I want to hang some pretty stuff on the walls. Some of the items I had gotten for the other office will move with me, but I’m leaving most things in the Admin office as they are.

Currently Dreaming:

About cooler weather. The heat wave has passed, but the days are still hot and it’s only the start of the season.
