May 2025 Wrap Up
Life
May was a weird month, but you can read all about it in my discussion posts if you haven’t already. I did some forward planning, which is kind of a big deal for me right now. And lots of reading again.
I’m actually loving how much reading I’ve been getting done this year. I’m already 2/3 of the way to my goal for the year and halfway to my stretch goal… and we’ve only finished 5 months. I may beat my stretch goal as well. But I don’t want to jinx myself and end up in a huge slump, so I’m not changing any goals.
Going into June, I didn’t put together a specific PRIDE TBR, but I do have some other things planned for PRIDE, including most of my discussion posts. I’m trying to focus on the joy and not the horrors of the world, so there will be lots of rainbows and love next month.
And of course I’ll be streaming ALL of Taylor Swift in June as well, because it’s ALL Taylor’s Version now!

26 books? that’s awesome. i was proud of myself just for getting through two.
I am amazed by the number of books you’ve read. I read the first two books in the Marissa Meyer series, but have not read Winter. Hope it was a good one. The cover of Stars Above suggest it’s part of the same series.
Yes, Stars Above is a collection of short stories involving the characters from The Lunar Chronicles series.
You had a very strong month of reading.
