My Wish for 2023
I know that it’s cliché, but it really is hard to believe that it’s already 2023. The older I get, the faster the years seem to fly. But as the clock turns over the year, I wanted to share some things I am hopeful for in the coming twelve months.
I’ve shared all of my plans and goals for the year, and talked about challenges and all of the projects that I will be working on, but that’s not what this post is about. This post is about my wishes for the year, and the things I hope come to fruition. And my word for the year should help these wishes come true, since I’ve chosen MANIFEST.
~I am wishing for a new car this year. It is past time. I have been driving my mom’s 2000 Ford Explorer Sport with 200,000 miles on it for the past year and I am ready to get behind the wheel of something a little smoother, more reliable and all around less scary to drive.
~I am wishing to find my life path… through a lot of introspection and most of the projects that I am working on this year.
~I am wishing that our society can find some common ground and not be so divisive.
~I am wishing that I find a new place to live… either renting or buying (and hopefully a house).
~I am wishing that I can build a support group of friends who have my back.
~I am wishing for a great year, full of exciting things!
