This was a fast, fun read that kept the action moving and I couldn’t put it down!

Ada is in trouble and rescued by the Halifax crew. She’s cocky, loves food, and is hiding something. But she seems incredibly grateful, genuinely likes the crew members, and volunteers to help out with their recovery mission.

Rian is initially suspicious, but grows to trust Ada. He’s honest to a point with her about their mission, and let’s her assist with the recover efforts.

There is definite attraction between Ada and Rian, and their banter is perfect. I think the feelings between the two of them are honest, even if nothing else about the situation is.

I was surprised at how deep Ada’s deception really goes, and can’t wait to read the next book to see what happens next. And I absolutely loved all of Rian’s communications at the end!
