Review~ Last Chance to Save the World

This is the final book in a trilogy, and should not be read as a stand-alone. I loved the entire series, but this finale was my favorite!
Ada and Rian are together again, this time with a single unified purpose. Sort of. They need to work together to save Terra Earth (aka the original Earth, our planet), but she’s still a criminal-ish and he’s still in law enforcement, so there’s that. But the banter and sexual tension between them is high from the start to the end.
We get a lot more of Ada’s history in this book, so most of the pieces fall into place about why she does what she does.
Rian disappointed me, if I’m honest. Most of what Ada has done isn’t illegal, and he’s really the only one that can point a finger for the one truly illegal act. He could have let things slide, they could have been together. But he wouldn’t be who he is if he didn’t hold her accountable.
And she wouldn’t be who she is if she didn’t take things right to the edge… and beyond.
I loved their interactions, and I really loved the ending.
