Walking
When I was creating my posting calendar for April, I thought that I would have settled into a regular walking routine by now. Spoiler alert… I haven’t.
It’s not that I don’t want to have a regular walking routine to improve my fitness and lose weight. It’s that it’s hard to create one, especially when I have days that I’m so busy I don’t have a chance to get up and move around every hour. And I’m exhausted by the time I get home in the evenings. There has to be a way to figure it out. I mean other people do it.
But, I am also lazy. So there are probably times that I could fit a walk in here and there and just don’t . But I should. Maybe I should start a walking group with my coworkers. We could either meet before or after work and walk one of the park trails, or just around the building. What do you think?
