Weekly Recap~ 5/13/23

This is the post where I recap what I’ve been doing throughout the week and share what I plan to post about next week. Starting in January 2023, I will be linking up Kim @ Caffeinated Reviewer and her weekly Sunday Post feature.

What Went Down This Week:

This was a tough week from a mental health perspective. I spent a lot of time playing games and streaming Bake Off because I just couldn’t function. And my sleep cycle is still so screwed up; it’s happened before and lasted about a month the first time, it’s already been longer than that this time. Thankfully I seem to be moving out of the depressive stage… we’ll see what happens with my sleep.

On a good news front, I did get my charging issue sorted with my laptop, so I no longer have to hook up to the docking station to charge. This means I have a lot more flexibility, and therefore more productivity.

We had a fluke storm that just showed up and dumped a ton of rain in a few hours on Wednesday evening. We weren’t expecting any rain until this Monday, so it took everyone by surprise. But now our weather shows sunny skies and temps in the 80s-90s for the next week.

I attempted to use the alt text option for the book covers this week, but I don’t know if I’ve done it correctly, so I have the titles and author’s names listed below for screen readers just in case.
