Weekly Recap~ 7/8/23
This is the post where I recap what I’ve been doing throughout the week and share what I plan to post about next week. Starting in January 2023, I will be linking up Kim @ Caffeinated Reviewer and her weekly Sunday Post feature.
What Went Down This Week:
I made some slight adjustments to my reading plan again this week. And made a spreadsheet with the books currently on go. I love spreadsheets, though I really don’t know how to use them for reports and stuff, but they help to keep me organized. I also decided to add the books that I’ve finished each week to this post, rather than doing a separate post at the end of the month like I have been.
I also finally finished hanging all of the wall art in my room. There are a few little spots that are open, that I can find some small things for, but for all intents and purposes, this project is finally finished! Now I’m looking for another project to help fill some time.
Today would have been my dad’s 75th birthday. My birthday is next Saturday. I have a lot of mixed feelings about it (see Birthday Blues and What Makes a Perfect Day for more details on where my head is at with all of this).

I recently reorganized how I blog about my reading and incoming books as well. Trying to still provide the information but not spend my whole life in front of the computer. It’s a delicate balance.
Have a terrific week.

I tend not to be too organised – I have a sticky note pinned to my computer screen with the listings of arcs and dates they need to be read by. Though this year I haven’t done a marvellous job keeping to those dates. So I’m very impressed! I’m glad you enjoyed the Becky Chambers book so much – she’s a wonderful talent. Have a great week.
