Just Breathe

I have been so stressed and dealing with a lot of anxiety and depression lately. I think this is why I am so completely out of whack with my sleep and everything else. I’ve decided that starting this week I am going to generate all of my focus on self-care in an effort to get back to some sense of normalcy.

I am going to try to keep this focus through the month of June (and beyond if I can).

Some key things I will be focusing on:

Reading
Creating (and following) a morning and evening routine
Meditation
Hydration (I’ve been slightly dehydrated for a while now)
Sleep
Healthier eating
Walking
Deep Breathing
Yoga

It all seems so simple, but when you have a history of not taking care of yourself, it can be kind of difficult.
