Readathon

Reverse Readathon~ July 2023

After going back and forth several times about whether or not I would be participating in the Reverse Readathon this year, I decided to just go for it. So at 5pm in my time zone, I’ll be settling in for this year’s event.

In the past, I have done a bunch of advance planning, with posts leading up to the event, tons of snacks, trackers, a TBR, a photo and social media plan, etc. I have literally none of that this time around, so I am basically just winging it.

Here’s what I’m pulling together today before the event kicks off this evening:

Books

I’ll just be continuing on with my current reads and see how far I get with them. I’ll probably finish a couple of them.

Tracking

I’m not using any special trackers for the event this time around. I have the tracker I am currently using for my weekly/monthly reading and I will just not track specifically for the readathon.

Drinks

I have some sodas and water, no fun flavors, but it’ll give me a boost of caffeine when needed.

Snacks

My frozen pizza will make up the bulk of my snacking, along with some almonds and olives. I’ll have a fruit cup and maybe make some egg salad as well, but no desserts, cookies or candy this time around.
