Top Ten Tuesday~ All About the Animals
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. This has always been one of my favorite linkups and I knew I had to include it in my weekly posting schedule.
This week’s topic is animal in books. I will be honest, I don’t always pay attention to the animals in books, unless they play a pivotal role in the story, so this topic was a little more difficult for me. But I went through the books I’ve read and come up with some memorable animal characters.

Kathel, Alastair, & Roibeard (Hound, Horse & Hawk)

THE ONE AND ONLY IVAN is on my list today, too. I don’t usually love books narrated by animals, but this one is a big exception!
Happy TTT!

I adored Ivan! I actually just picked up the companion book, The One and Only Bob, told from Bob the dog’s POV.
Oh I forgot about the cat from the Hunger games!!!!Nice pick!!!!
Yeah, Buttercup isn’t as prevalent in the first 2 books, but so important in the 3rd! I had to include him.
I loved Enzo! He was such a unique narrator.

He was! And told such an intense story in a way that was less triggering (at least for me).
