I’ve seen a variety of different takes on “Currently…” posts around the blogosphere, both in the book blogging community and the healthy living community where I also lived once upon a time. I honestly don’t know who started it, but I’ve always thought it looked like fun, so here’s my take.

Currently Reading:

Currently Watching:

A whole lot of Discovery+. I watched all of the new Fixer Upper Welcome Home series, and have been watching Guy’s Grocery Games and Iron Chef America from the beginning. I recently just started watching Property Brothers Forever Home from the beginning as well.

Currently Listening:

I should probably remove this category because everyone is probably tired of me saying that I’m listening to some version of Taylor Swift. Sorry, not sorry, she’s amazing! Right now it’s Speak Now that is on repeat.

Currently Planning:

What I want the next year of my life to look like. And how I want to spend my birthday since I’ve decided that I won’t be traveling (boo!).

Currently Making:

I’m continuing to assemble the items that I’ve already collected for the backpacks that I’ll be giving to the homeless this December. I was hoping to be done with toiletries and non-food related items by the end of July so I could start focusing on non-perishable foods but I’m probably going to have to readjust that timeline a little, and possibly eliminate some items, but I’m hoping to get some donations for my birthday.

Currently Shopping:

For office supplies and décor. While work is paying for most of it, I’ve also picked up some personal items just to make my office my own.

Currently Dreaming:

A trip to the closest Barnes & Noble (about an hour away) to roam the bookshelves and enjoy a treat in their café. I really miss it. But I get my first dose of the vaccine tomorrow, so hopefully it won’t be too much longer.
