Top Ten Tuesday~ Holding
I’ll be joining Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl for Top Ten Tuesday again this year.
This week’s topic is: a Freebie. I decided to share the books that I have on hold with the longest wait times (These are all audiobook holds).

Backhanded Compliments by Katie Chandler (Several Months)
And Now, Back to You by B.K. Borison (Several Months)
Always and Forever by Farah Rochon (Several Months
Legendborn by Tracy Deonn (Several Months)
A Mannequin for Christmas by Timothy Janovsky (Several Months)

She Gets the Girl by Rachael Lippincott (Several Months)
Winging it With You by Chip Pons (Several Months
Chain of Iron by Cassandra Clare (22 weeks)
Summer Official by Rebekah Weatherspoon (20 weeks)
One in a Million by Beverly Kendall (18 weeks)

Wow, these are some long wait times. I hope your library gets more copies of them all soon.
My library did just add several copies of And Now, Back to You, so that’s gone from several months to 7 weeks, so I’m hopeful!
I’m rooting for you and hope you can read them soon!
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
I always laugh when I put a hold on an audio and it says “several months.” I hope they come quicker than they say!!
Ha-ha. This is funny. Last year I was over 1000 people back for The Correspondent. Now I want to check my list to see which one I will wait the longest for.
Here is a good link to my list: https://headfullofbooks.blogspot.com/2026/04/ttt-what-i-was-reading-freebie.html
Wow! hope some of these come in quicker for you!
WOW! There are some serious wait times for these books. Especially as a few aren’t recent releases.
Here’s my TTT for the week: https://readbakecreate.com/the-xs-ys-and-zs-have-it-ten-titles-starting-with-x-y-or-z/
Hope ykou’ll get to them soon! However, Legendborn didn’t work for me for multiple reasons, but one of them was the audiobook narration. The other was the magic system being so complicated I couldn’t understand it, and I wasn’t reading it in my native language. It’s not translated haha.

Wow they are serious wait times, I think Amazon needs to do a KU audio version. I hope they come sooner than expected.
Thanks for sharing your #TTT
They used to have the audio version available in conjunction with the Kindle version on KU several years ago when I participated. Not sure if they still do that or not, but I can’t do any paid memberships right now.
I love this topic! So creative and unique! And also, I am so so sorry about how long these wait times are. I hope your library gets more copies or people cancel their holds! The only one on your list that I’ve read is And Now, Back to You and it’s definitely worth the wait!
