Week 1/52
Happenings
It stormed here in Oregon most of the week week. And with the amount of rain on top of last week’s snow, we’ve had some flooding in some areas which made travel (and just plain driving) pretty difficult for a few days. Monday we not only had heavy rain, but also 30-60 MPH wind gusts, so that was pretty fun (not).
My week was mostly productive and I got a lot done, so I’m pretty happy with my progress. I’m reading again and have already completed my first book of the year (yeah, it was a novella, but still), so that feels amazing.
The only read downside to my week came Friday. One of the employees on my office team tested positive for COVID, so now our entire office (there are 6of us) is on quarantine for varying time frames between 5-10 days, so our office will be closed for at least a few days next week. The good news is we all have the capacity to work from home, so those of us who aren’t sick can continue to work.

Projects
Simple Abundance
This week I set my aspirations for the year (it’s all about growth) and embraced the questions that are waiting to be answered.
Other
Before I dropped out of the blogosphere last year, I started working on a project of putting together the 100 Books/Series to read in my lifetime. This week I put together a spreadsheet where I can check off the books as I complete them. Because there are several series on the list and some of them are LONG (I’m looking at you In Death by JD Robb), there are closer to 300 books on the list, which I’ll meander through over the next 20 years-ish of my life.
