Top Ten Tuesday~ Short Reads
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Every week, Jana assigns a topic and creates a post for everyone to link to.
This week’s topic is: Top Ten Quick Reads/Books to Read When Time is Short. I like the occasional novella, but wasn’t sure how many I had on my shelves before putting together this post, I have a lot. These are all novellas that I have read and enjoyed. I tried to pick just one per author, but there are a few authors that have several fun novellas, usually bonus material to a longer running series, but not always.
And Every Morning the Way Home Gets Longer and Longer by Fredrik Backman
As Kismet Would Have It by Sandhya Menon
Beautiful Beginning by Christina Lauren
The Crown & the Arrow by Renee Ahdieh
Hot as Hell by Julie Ann Walker
In Conclusion, Don’t Worry About It by Lauren Graham
Inking Him by Cora Carmack
Joyfully His by Jamie Beck
A Little Big Rock by Lauren Blakely
Love, Creekwood by Becky Albertalli
All covers link to Goodreads
Looks like a fun list! I love novellas, but I didn’t read that many until the last couple of years…
My TTT.
And Every Morning the Way Home Gets Longer and Longer sounds good.
Here is my Top Ten Tuesday post.
I’m not familiar with any of these books, but always on the lookout for shorter books to try.
The Backman one sounds like it could be heartbreaking.

I like a good novella or collection of short stories. It is nice to take a break from long series sometimes! Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
