Happiness Project Month 3~ Sleep

My focus for month 3 of my happiness project is sleep, something I currently have a very complicated relationship with.

Goals-

  1. Reset Sleep Cycle
  2. Develop Pre-Sleep Routine
  3. Acquire Tools to help fall asleep when needed
  4. Create Sleep Promoting Space

 

Projects-

  1. Set a strict wake up time
  2. Set a strict bedtime
  3. Create a routine for bedtime
  4. Establish an alternate work location
  5. Establish an alternate viewing/reading location(s)
  6. Create a comfortable sleep space
  7. Remove old mattress
  8. Rearrange room to accommodate new spaces
