Happiness Project Month 3~ Sleep
My focus for month 3 of my happiness project is sleep, something I currently have a very complicated relationship with.
Goals-
- Reset Sleep Cycle
- Develop Pre-Sleep Routine
- Acquire Tools to help fall asleep when needed
- Create Sleep Promoting Space
Projects-
- Set a strict wake up time
- Set a strict bedtime
- Create a routine for bedtime
- Establish an alternate work location
- Establish an alternate viewing/reading location(s)
- Create a comfortable sleep space
- Remove old mattress
- Rearrange room to accommodate new spaces
