Review~ Frenemies with Benefits

This is the final book of the Peachtree Cove series.
Tracey is filled with a lot of self-doubt, always has been, but after her husband cheats on her, she decides it’s time to stop letting it hold her back.
Brian has had relationship issues of his own, and is familiar with having an unfaithful spouse. He’s always liked Tracey, even back in high school, and always felt she could do better than her ex.
Tracey always thought Brian looked down on her, and was influenced by her ex’s opinions of him. After working together, they form a business relationship, then a friendship, then decide to add in some benefits.
Their relationship is up and down as issues with Tracey’s family and Brian’s ex-wife.
I enjoyed the return to Peachtree Cove, and always enjoy seeing the characters from previous books, though I felt they didn’t have as much of a presence in this one. I also really liked to see Tracey come into her own, from her relationship with Brian, to demanding respect from her father, to growing her business.
I’ve read two complete series from this author and am looking forward to finding more of her work to enjoy.
