Weekly Wrap Up~ 7/29/23

This is the post where I recap what I’ve been doing throughout the week and share what I plan to post about next week. Starting in January 2023, I will be linking up Kim @ Caffeinated Reviewer and her weekly Sunday Post feature.

Sunday Post

What Went Down This Week:

Notes from a Life:

There’s a lot to talk about today, so here we go…

I have a hard time asking for help, and I’ve been working on doing better. In my Friday Fun 7/28/23 post (see below), I have links for wish lists for groceries and household things that we currently need. I’ve run through all of my savings and don’t qualify for unemployment, so anything helps. If you aren’t able to personally help, but are willing to share one of these posts, or links, that would be wonderful as well. Thank you in advance!

Moving on… you will probably notice a little change to the format again this week. I’ve added currently reading back in again, and am just highlighting my “main” book in each format. I’ve also added in some posts from other bloggers I enjoy. I’m really bad about commenting because I can never think of what to say most of the time, so in the past, I have shared posts on Twitter. But now, I’ll be sharing them here instead.

Which brings me to my next topic. I have deleted all of my social media aside from Instagram at this point. (Ok, that really means Facebook and Twitter). I haven’t been feeling Facebook for a while, and Twitter has been in a downward spiral since EM took over. The last straw came when he changed the name to “X”. I feel like this could be an entirely separate post, so I won’t go too far into it here, but I am still debating if I want to join one of the newer platforms that have started sprouting up.

And finally, I am considering adding some more memes back into my posts. For a long time I posted predominantly memes and link ups, but then I switched to more discussions. Now I feel like I’m running out of discussion topics. Plus I’ve recently discovered some new-to-me memes that sound like fun.
