Unboxing: The Sisterhood Box~ March 2021

In the past, I’ve always watched people do these great unboxing posts and videos of their subscription boxes, and I’ve always wanted to do that. Both be in a position to get monthly subscription boxes, and to share the unboxings each month.

When selecting which boxes to subscribe to, it was important to me to find things that a) were things that I loved, and b) fit with my goals and values. I’m happy to say that the boxes I have chosen do just that.

Today I’m sharing my most recent Sisterhood Box, from March. Sisterhood Box is Black-owned and woman-owned, and all products are sourced solely from minority and women-owned businesses. Each contains 3-5 items every month that range from self-care to home accessories to snacks. Pricing for this box starts at $44.95 per month.

This was my second box, and I have found useful items in both boxes so far. Each box comes with everything wrapped securely and packed with recycled shreds.

(Please excuse my horrible photo skills, I was excited to unpack everything and did not take my messy surroundings into consideration)

This box included a diffuser bracelet as well as some lavender essential oil.

A chunky headband

Two herbal drinks, which I have not tried yet.

And a cookbook

All in all, I think it’s a good value for the money, and I love that I am supporting small minority and/or women-owned businesses. Though the cookbook author is unfortunate.

Each month I’ll be sharing what arrives in my Sisterhood box, as well as my other subscription boxes (The Bookworm Box and The CatLadyBox).
