This year I decided to go back to weekly recaps, but I was missing putting together a comprehensive monthly post. I thought I would still do a fun recap at the end of the month, sharing some different stats than I use in my weekly posts. I’ll also be linking up to the Monthly Wrap Up Round Up with It Starts at Midnight.

Happy Thoughts

Because last year was such a struggle, and this year is definitely trending in that direction, I wanted to add something into my posts that focuses on the positives. So I’m planning to share 5 happy things that happen each month (some months are easier than others).

1. We had the first pickup for the Green Bag program for our local food bank and we were able to donate an overflowing bag of food.
2. I received a Kofi donation for my birthday (Thank you!)
3. I feel like my reading is finally back on track.
4. I’ve had a lot of fun planning my birthday week.
5. We got a nice bit of rain towards the end of the month… this should help a little with the dry conditions heading into summer.
